Family Tree Instructions

To begin, use the Family Branch Form to add your spouse/partner and children.
To build the branches of the tree, click to add:
1. Parents
2. Other spouses or partners
3. Spouses or partners of your children
To add more children, click Add More Children. This button will not add another child until all available children displayed on the form have been entered.
Each branch is displayed on the Family Branch Form.
Click on Other Spouses/Partners to view the Spouse/Partner list and to add a new spouse or partner.
Click View List of Family Members to view a list of each branch of your family tree.
Click on Display My Tree to see a diagram of your family tree.
For family members with a bleeding disorder, a colored box indicates the type.
